Dr. Sanjay Jatana specializes in spine surgery and artificial disc replacement. He is featured on the national site SpineCenterNetwork.com and CentersforArtificialDisc.com. Dr. Jatana is an author on the subject of artificial disc replacement for herniated discs in the neck. Dr. Jatana is one of few surgeons in the State of Colorado who provides several surgical alternatives to traditional spinal fusion in the neck and the potential problems associated with neck fusion. The web site at CentersforArtificialDisc.com has content specific to disc replacement options and alternatives to spinal fusion. If you’ve been told you need a spinal fusion, Dr. Jatana can provide a second opinion for neck surgery. Click here to visit the CentersforArtificialDisc.com for more information on artificial disc replacement surgery.
Dr. Sanjay Jatana has been a spine surgeon in the State of Colorado for more than 20 years. He routinely is referred spine surgery patients from doctors, as well as self-referred patients, from across the Rocky Mountain region, including Summit County, Grand Junction, Aspen, Vail, Avon, Breckenridge, Frisco, Golden, Boulder, Fort Collins, Greeley, Aurora, Castle Rock, Colorado Springs and Pueblo. Dr. Jatana also receives patients for second opinions for spine surgery and artificial disc replacement from outside of Colorado, including Cheyenne, Laramie, and Casper, Wyoming; Kansas; Nebraska; and New Mexico.
Because there is a two year wait for spine surgery in Alberta, Canada, including Calgary and Edmonton, some Canadian spine surgery patients elect to travel to Denver to see Dr. Jatana for spine surgery or artificial disc replacement which isn’t otherwise available in Canadian cities. There are direct flights from Calgary and Edmonton to Denver which makes traveling to the United States for spine surgery convenient for the Canadian patient.
